Our Lifetime Warranty

What We Cover:  Any manufacturing defects or structural issues caused by craftsmanship.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

      • Natural wear and tear (e.g., surface scratches, patina).
      • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
      • Loss, upgrade, or replacement of gemstones or other elements not related to craftsmanship or material defects.

Cherituelle’s Lifetime Warranty ensures every creation is crafted to last and remains part of your legacy. 

Our Repair Services

Your Cherituelle creation is designed to be cherished for generations. 

What We Offer: In case of need of repair, our experts will carefully examine your creation to determine the origin of the defect. In case of defects or structural issues caused by craftsmanship, we will take care of the repair and return of your creation. 

Please note that this warranty does not cover creations that have been resized or modified outside Cherituelle’s workshops.

How It Works:

    1. Contact Cherituelle Care: Share the details of your repair needs via email or phone.
    2. Assessment: Once received, our team will evaluate your jewelry and provide a personalized estimate within 10 business days.
    3. Craftsmanship in Action: Upon approval, our artisans will meticulously restore your jewelry. The duration of repairs will be communicated upon evaluation and will vary depending on complexity.

Transform your cherished ring into an elegant pendant, preserving its story while creating something uniquely yours.

Your Cherituelle jewelry evolves with you. Our Jewelry Transformation Service allows you to reimagine and redesign your Cherituelle creation into a new design that reflects your story. Using only the original materials from our jewelry, our artisans will craft something uniquely yours, ensuring it aligns with our standards of excellence and sustainable craftsmanship.

Gemstone Upgrades: If you wish to upgrade your gemstones as part of the transformation, this service is available upon request.

 A personalized quotation will be provided after an initial consultation for all transformation services, including gemstone upgrades.

Please note: This service is exclusively available for Cherituelle creations. We do not modify, transform, or repurpose jewelry from other brands or heirloom pieces
