How It Works

To ensure your jewelry fits flawlessly, we offer one complimentary resizing within 100 days of receiving your creation.

    • Eligibility: Complimentary resizing is available within 100 days of purchase, for up to two sizes larger or smaller than the original size ordered.
    • Lead Time: Once received, resizing is meticulously completed by our artisans in 4 to 6 weeks, ensuring expert craftsmanship.
    • Condition: The ring must be unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging.
    • Exclusions: Some designs, such as fully pavé-set rings or intricate settings, may not be eligible for resizing due to their craftsmanship.

What If Resizing Is Not Possible?

For designs that cannot be resized, we offer an exclusive exchange for a newly crafted ring in your correct size, provided the request is made within 100 days of purchase.

If an exchange is not possible due to availability, bespoke craftsmanship, personalization, or other design-related constraints, our artisans will assess the creation and provide a personalized quote for an alternative solution.

If the required conditions are not met, or if a second resizing is needed, our artisans will evaluate the request and provide a personalized quote for the service.
