Guidelines for Returns & Exchanges

To ensure a seamless process:

      • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original, pristine, clean, and intact packaging, including all certificates, tags, and accessories.
      • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are crafted uniquely for you.
      • To ensure fair use of our generous return policy, repeat returns, bulk orders, or items missing required accessories or certificates may be refunded as credit at our discretion. Should this apply, our team will communicate it in advance with full transparency.
      • For returns and exchanges outside Switzerland and the European Union, international shipping fees, import taxes, and customs duties will be the responsibility of the customer. If a refund is issued, these costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
